Vision statement ๐ŸŒŒ

Imagine a future where your business is a rockstar. What does it look like? That's your Vision! It's the future dream of where you want the business to be. ๐ŸŒŸ

  • Example: Nike's vision statement is, "Bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world." (*If you have a body, you are an athlete). Cool, right?

Mission statement ๐ŸŒ

It's what your business is doing right now. Think of it like the plot of your favorite series! It might change season by season (or over time).

  • Example: McDonaldโ€™s mission is โ€œto be our customers' favorite place and way to eat and drink.โ€

Aims ๐Ÿš€

Your epic, long-term goals. Like, wanting to visit every country by the time you're 40

Objectives ๐Ÿ›ธ

These are your pit stops en route to your ultimate aim. Theyโ€™re SMART, which means

  • Specific (clear & detailed)
  • Measurable (how will you know you achieved it?)
  • Achievable (possible and realistic)
  • Relevant (makes sense with the big goal)
  • Time-specific (has a deadline)
  • Example: "Increase monthly sales by 10% over the next 6 months."

Business strategy ๐ŸŒŸ

The grand plan to reach your aim. Think of it as your road trip map.
