Application

To initiate the process, we require a comprehensive understanding of your professional background. Please complete the application form in its entirety and submit it for our review. Additionally, include a sample video demonstrating your teaching abilities or, for engineering and management applicants, a walkthrough of relevant projects or company experiences.

Interview

One-on-one interview with Mr. Singhal, Founder and CEO of Nail IB. We will delve into a comprehensive evaluation of how well your professional aspirations align with our organization's mission. Furthermore, we will assess your expertise within your chosen subject matter, ensuring a robust understanding of your capabilities and potential contributions to our team.

Agreement

Upon determining that you are a suitable addition to the Nail IB team, we will extend a warm welcome by signing a contractual agreement and exchanging the necessary official documents for identity verification. Although the entire process typically takes one to two weeks, we endeavor to expedite the hiring process whenever possible.
